Blanc de Blancs NV

Blend from different years of Chardonnay wine with an addition of 25% reserve wines. This is the absolute blanc de blancs. Nose of ripe citrus fruit, almost tropical with some floral notes. The taste is round and rich with freshness. Lemon and stonefruit with a long, mineral finish.
