Pinot Noir / Chardonnay


The prestige cuvée of Billecart-Salmon was first made in 1964 as a tribute to the founder of the house: Nicolas Francois. The fruit comes from grand cru and premier cru vineyards of the Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne and the Côte des Blancs. Fermentation takes partly place in oak barrels.
